"From the beginning we did have a good experience . The hotel did have any reservation despite I had the confirmation. The hotel was fully booked, we were given a small room. It was noisy and we could not sleep properly and the bathroom was very small with a sljding door that got stuck every time you try to open it. Just the pictures of the hotel look attractive, but not the room."

"Hotel Catherine was permanently closed when we arrived to checkin, although we were able to book and pay in advance for a non-refundable room on Hotels.com The entry area of Hotel Catherine was littered with leaves and rubbish, so it had been closed for some time. A note on the door directed us to a cheaper hotel about 600 metres away, which honoured our original booking. We paid in advance for a hotel that was closed, and had been closed for some time, and was directed to a cheaper hotel...
