This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

A super cute and amazing apartment, also very clean! The owner is so sweet and very quick at answering messages. They offer to pick you up from the airport and bring you back they day you leave if you need. It’s Very safe and quiet which was great for us as two girls traveling alone. The Main Street is a five minute walk with plenty of shopping and food as well as beach access. Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed.

We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and having our own private pool made the stay even more special. The staff truly made our visit memorable. We absolutely loved the New Aurora Apartments. The rooms were super spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The parking was easy as well. We were close to numerous cafes, shops and restaurants so didn’t have to go far for food etc. It was also a short walk to a lovely secluded beach. It is a definitely somewhere we would come back to in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended hotel with an amazing friendly staff from reception to room service. Our chamber maid Voula was exceptionally attentive and most accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum in a relaxing happy atmosphere. The entertainment in the evening was also exceptional with the 3 young tenors whom I fail to remember their names but they were majestic. Nothing bad to say about this resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a Ocean View Suite to the Ocean View Suite with Private Swimming Pool at no additional charge. The Greek hospitality was immediately recognizable. They gave us a free massage, bottle of wine and water, fruit basket and another free bottle of wine coupon to be used with dinner at the resort. This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.

I booked a 3 night package at the Daios Cove for my girl friend and myself. I planned to propose my GF there and the staff was very helpful in assisting my setting up the venue and providing the proper atmosphere to make this holiday special for my girlfriend and myself. The place itself is amazing, clean, quite and relaxing which is all you need on a holiday and the staff is extremely helpful in all you need.

We were meeting my family for a holiday. The resort is in a close proximity to the airport (15-20 min drive), which is very nice, especially if you have smaller children. Very nice hotel, great food, great location .

We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

Great resort and good staff, the location and viewe is perfect, the place deserves three or four days to staying. I would like to thank the wonderful staff Athina who made our stay better when she learned that our early departure brought breakfast at night. She is a commendable employee.

Wonderful all inclusive family resort. I was worried the beach would be rocky, but it was sandy and water was clear. Staff were friendly and attentive. Although the resort has several restaurants, all meals are served in a main dining hall. The food was still excellent and there was enough variety even for picky eaters. Situated on shore in a central location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Room was fine, if basic. Hotel has a small parking lots a few hundred meters distant. On street parking looks doable. The hotel offered a nice farewell gift. Overall, pleasant. It undoubtedly will be nicer when weather is warmer, the pool is usable, and the activity on the shore is busier.

Friendly helpful staff ,large bed,the breakfast catered for every taste,even bacon and eggs ,which is unusual for Greece ,if I was in the area again I would definatly use this Hotel

It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach....

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Every question we had, were address on the very confident and knowledge level. People who work there (and also across the island) speak at least several languages because of the multi cultured tourists and visitors they have to deal with.
