"Definitely a budget hotel. While clean, it is in definite need of some 'sprucing up' to replace dirty flooring, repair baseboards, repaint walls, etc. We also found the beds quite firm for our liking. When we stayed, the hotel had a lot of guests and one (of two) guest lifts was out of service so there was always a queue for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"All great"

"Clean beds, helpful staff, adequate food for an unexpected night in London. I’d stay again if needed the same thing."

"Excellent value for a very nice and comfy room. It was also nice to shower in a bathtub with a full shower curtain, unlike most other places I've stayed at in Europe where the setup allows water to get on the bathroom floor!"

"Upon arrivial our bedroom was not set up for an extra bed for my 6yo, even though we had booked for 3 people. I had made exactly the same booking 1 year earlier where a bed was provided and ready for us. It was already late and they organised for a bed to be sent to the room, but this did not arrive so I had to go back to reception after 20 minutes to ask again, which did arrive the second time. Location wise the hotel cant be beat for terminal 5 - but sadly on this occasion that is all it...

"I stayed just the one night at this property, the room was nice for a quick one night stopover although a mini fridge would have been nice. The queues to check in were long at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Not enough staff in my opinion. The staff were helpful though. The breakfast was good and appreciated the fact it started at 5am as I had an early flight. Value for money. Would stay again."

"Room was dated and needed a freshen up"

"Breakfast was great as usual. Some of the desk staff were great some not so great."

"We had a lovely night in this hotel before flying from Heathrow airport."

"The hotel is very conveniently located at the airport which makes life very easy. The room had no windows and it looked like a closet. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant place but the price is too high for what you get."

"Great budget stay."

"Clean comfortable will definitely stay again when on an early or late arrival at the airport."

"Good hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Clean, basic room in the conference area. The restaurant food was very good."
