Hotel staff were also helpful with easy self service check in and out. The hotel has an onset, laundromat and also free drinks corner on level 3. We are very satisfied with this hotel."

"This was my second stay at the Tenza. Everything went well and no complaints at all. I’ve got to know more about the area near by and found a nice coffee shop. I went there twice because the coffee at the hotel was a bit sour for me and wanted to have a better taste for my day to start. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices for everyone. Onsen and sauna as well as massage chairs were great bonuses to have after walking/working to relax your body and mind. Both massage chairs were not functioning well but, I am sure they will eventually replace them for their customer satisfaction. "
