"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for...

"Great place, great staff!"

"Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised. With the room being the main experience this was very disappointing and even after raising this to staff it wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m all about details especially for big celebrations and this...

"A mixed stay, initial check in was slow and lacked any enthusiasm which often sets the tone for the stay. Upon entering our room it hadn't been set up correctly, I.e. 2 adults and one child. No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when someone was available the room would be sorted. We went down for a drink in the bar and when we returned, nothing had changed. We relaxed for a while and watched some TV but the remote wouldn't change...

"Stayed here lots, good hotel"

"The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and debris kept falling through it. We told the staff but they didn't do anything about it. Also the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the dining area of our room. The restaurant was closed so we had to use one 400 metres away in an adjacent building"

"The hotel was safe, quiet place. With a good view and cozy room. Only missing thing was a convertor for charger which was used and never returned from previous customers. However the staff helped me by telling where to buy."

"The property is very nice, Staffs working at this property are so helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Definitely will come back next time."

"Having lived near TW until last year, we were visiting friends locally, and as we had our wedding reception at the Spa 25 years ago last week, we decided to stay for our 2 nights in the area. Check in was easy, and we were allocated room 104, a twin room. It was ok, but a few niggles - the bottom of the window had been frosted out meaning we could not see out; there were no drawers, plenty of shelves but no drawers to put underwear in; TV was not user friendly, and could do with an upgrade to a...

"L'hotel in generale e una buona struttura, personale disponibile."

"Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. The hotel is noisy. You have to pay for parking by the day and each time you use the pool or gym."

"Had a room at the back of the venue and was woken by Deliveries on Monday morning"

"Eines der schönsten Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Es ist, als ob man in einem Museum übernachtet, man kann die Geschichte förmlich spüren."
