"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."

"The property is very nice, Staffs working at this property are so helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Definitely will come back next time."

"L'hotel in generale e una buona struttura, personale disponibile."

"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around."

"Very quite for a services hotel. Free parking, just make sure you give them your number plate. But they ask you anyway. 24hr services next door (apart from Mc'Ds as 12-1am they close). Room was clean, very comfortable beds, good shower, hot water, tea and coffee in the room. Staff where lovely."

"Great staff and clean rooms."

"The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum.
