The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. First and foremost what a great property! I have never had such great service. Everyone was so sweet, professional and just outright polite. I have to give a shout out to some of the staff that were exceptional: Ebru TOZAGAN, Ismail KOC, Secil TEZCAN, Büsra SIMSEK. I could not have asked for a better stay on my trip. We had a private dinner with a DJ and the musci was fantastic too. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay.
