The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. "This hotel was a value for money. You will get the service beyond the price you've paid for. I stayed for 12 nights and loved being there. I will be booking here again on my next trip to Dubai. They provide a shuttle service and great dining options for which the prices are very reasonable and you will get super discounts if you are a hotel guest. "
