"we arrived. The hotel was busy, but check in was a breeze. They have many dining options. The first night we did not eat at a restaurant because we had returned late from a desert safari. We did however get a drink at the Arabian nights lounge which was very nice. All of the staff at the lounge were amazing. We left the lounge around 1am, and were hungry so we decided to order room service. The gentlemen who brought our food up was truly amazing, unfortunately I did not get his name. It happened...

"We rented a room for 3 adults. The room had one large bed sufficient for 2, and no place or option even for a folding bed. The bed took up 90% of the room. The person working said she was new and had never seen the rooms, and since it was Saturday afternoon her religious boss will not be available until 8 am on Sunday. Moreover, the tiny room was not clean. Huge disappointment. The room was definitely not like advertised, and inappropriate for 3 people. Very deceiving!"

"My family and kids loved it especially the Just splash water park and the peacocks on the site. Cherry on the Cake is that the resort upgraded me for free. Overall very enjoyable stay. We will visit this hotel again. "
