"My wife and I needed to get away to refresh and relax. Brilliant Twins did the trick. We traveled in December so the nights were cool which meant that the room was cool. There was no heat but the bed-warmer was great - we rested well on the firm bed. The room was rustic, with no carpeting, but generally clean and kept up well. The Bathroom was simple and good enough! "It was sometimes noisy in the evening due to events and Karaoke. The breakfast wasn't adapted to "Westerners". The pool and SPA were not available. Personnel didn't speak much English. Location in general good, specially for kids, got a "rural" touch, and close to theme park and SunMoon Lake."

"The hotel itself is nice, over a large area, With a cold and hot pool, and grounds to walk through. Our family room was big and clean. However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing. "

The staff here treat their guest like royalty and would like to thank them for giving top notch service all-round the hotel. My wife and I found our room very clean, comfortable and the in-room onsen very relaxing. The hotel also has an amazing common area waterworld pool section and private gender specific onsens which I highly recommend taking advantage of during your stay.
