"Drinks and nibbles offered twice a day which was lovely after the heat of the day. Pool was a lovely addition and great to cool off. Very clean. Room was large although felt very dated. No headboards, lots of dirty marks on desk and lamps and the windows were celotaped to stop noise from pool. Onsen was good. Bathroom was extremely old fashioned and had to step up into it from bedroom. Shuttle to train station was really appreciated and used it twice. Air con in the room was very poor...

"Excellent services, spacious and tidy room. The hot spring is very good inside the room. It has a wide range of choices for breadfast, quite tranditional Japanses style and taste is good. High recommended. Just a small thing to be improved, it has a digital TV system in the room but mainly for local people I think and lack of Youtube. It is a bit old-fashion nowadays if you don't have Youtube installed for the TV. But overall it was a really good stay."

"ホテル内，客室内，景色とても良かったです、 以外に小さなお子さん連れが多くて、プールもお子さんたくさんいて，少し年齢の高い子は、利用しづらいので、ナイトプール時間つくっていただけたらいいのになと思いました 朝のビュッフェは満足です 夜のビュッフェは期間のフェアの内容によるかもですが、ビュッフェにしては種類が少なく感じました。 15時チェックインなのに、ラウンジのベーカリーやケーキもほとんどなかったので、残念でした，マカロンは美味しかったです ありがとうございました"

"酒店大堂好靚，可以見到海景，一入去有免費小食同嘢飲，可以坐喺lobby望住海景chill。酒店晚餐非常吸引，有好多款唔同嘅酒任飲，有一份好美味的牛肉，同一份豚肉，其他任食的款式不是太多，但已經很足夠。我們住了兩晚，懶懶的晚餐是不同款式，抵讚。"

"My family had a great time there! It is spacious, and well equipped. I had booked for style B. We loved the hot spring and sauna. The living room and dinning room is big enough for family gathering. Check-in was smooth and easy. There were some frozen food and drinks in reception house. It was convenient. When we were hungry late at night, we simply bought from there."

"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great. Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."

"部屋や浴室等の清掃が行き届いていて、心地よく過ごせた。 ラウンジでのフリードリンクやおつまみ類が沢山あり、テンション上がった。せめて、利用時間がもう少し長ければ、嬉しいです。 お湯質もよく、静かで、売店も色々珍しいものがあり良かった。 婦人服があるのを知らなくて、もっとゆっくり見たかったくらいかな。 食事も良かったし、食事中ちょっとしたアクシデントがあったけど、とても手厚く対応してくださり、感動しました。 また、是非、行きたい宿です。"
