"I did not like that Expedia and Swissotel did not communicate with each other. I booked on Expedia for two adults and two children and specifically selected a larger room with a king size and sofa bed to accommodate the four of us. Despite the high nightly rate I felt it was worth it to comfortably accommodate our family. This booking was to also include breakfast. Upon checkin the friendly Swissotel staff informed me that if I wanted the sofa bed set up as a bed with linens and pillows there...

"Great location and the connecting rooms that the hotel has is good for family where we have 5 beds and 2 toilets for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The staffs were friendly and approachable, answering our queries especially on the airport limousine bus to Kansai Airport. the location is very accessible to metro and shopping malls. Yodobashi Camera is just right at the building, Lucua and Daimaru are just few mins walk away. Overall I will choose to stay at Respire again! "
