Hotel has connections with private transportation services that are all accountable. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. "Mooie, nette B&B midden in het centrum van Andria met goede parkeermogelijkheid. Wel een beetje onpersoonlijk. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, spreekt een beetje Engels, maar woont niet op hetzelfde adres en verzorgt geen ontbijt, waardoor het contact beperkt blijft. Het (karige) Italiaanse ontbijt (caffé & dolce) wordt uitbesteed aan een koffiebar."

"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."

Purtroppo essendo arrivati in tarda serata non abbiamo potuto usufruire del ristorante che dicono essere il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Unico problema la rumorosità della strada sottostante.
