"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. "We had a wonderful stay at Punta Rucia Lodge. The food was excellent, and the views and beach were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the bed, which was quite hard, and the pillows were too flat for my liking. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the lodge for its beautiful location, great food, and friendly staff."
