If you’re a history buff this is your place. The place was built in 1717 and Justin, the owner is more knowledgeable than any history book out there. It is such a unique experience and you are welcomed in like family by Justin and his wife.

Perfect location. The hotel was so close to everything. It had a great nautical theme. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Extremely convenient.

Clean

The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We stayed here for parent's weekend at URI. The kitchenette in our room was convenient for any quick meals we needed to prep. Plus there was a grocery store and a Kohl's across the way in case we needed last minute items. The morning breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold dishes. My only negative feedback that I have was that we could hear people walking around on the floor above us....

Room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Mini fridge was an unexpected amenity, water pressure fabulous and perfect for a one night stay to attend a wedding. Breakfast included a nice selection of both hot and cold items and was very enjoyable. Would definitely return.

We had a FABULOUS stay at Bellevue Manor- the 2bd suite was spacious and clean, free offstreet parking, and hot breakfast. The location is great, especially if you have an event to attend at Hotel Viking- it is directly across the street- and just a 5-10 min walk to the wharf. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. If we’re ever in Newport again, it’s where we’ll stay.

Visiting family and could just walk to beach. Hotel was nice and clean. Weather was cold but perfect for us!

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for the early risers we are and a 2 minute walk to the Easton beach. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my daughter and I and so we had time to hang in the living room and enjoy a movie together but our own space to read and relax at night. No sharing a bathroom was a huge plus! lol The Cliff Walk and mansions were all in walking distance as well and we took full advantage of that. WOW, this place. AMAZING! The staff were happy and friendly, I asked a young lady for water and she literally ran to go get it, They upgraded our room because they wanted us to have more space with the baby, at no charge. The breakfast was made in heaven itself, the sunsets are UNREAL the location couldn't be better. Loved to see people of all ages, all races there, very diverse and welcoming. We chose the Aquastar because it was close to the Trolls in Ninigret Park. Our room was clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed. Just what we were looking for.
