We easily found a parking spot which is awesome. The room was clean enough. I was just hoping that there would be no carpet. :) but it’s clean enough. Ms Cathy who was in the front desk showed us one of the best customer relations. She was helpful and quite informative. The pool just needed cleaning cause a lot of kids played in the water. We love HAMPTON by hilton! :)

This is the third time we have stayed here. Just one night as we passed through visiting relatives. This time we had a suite with the loft and it was the whole family-including three small children. Very roomy and nice. The location is downtown Newport. The parking is GREAT. You can leave your car right in front and walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly pleasant. Room is very clean and the location is convenient for everything.

Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!

Very nice family friendly motel! We were pleasantly surprised how modern, immaculate and homey it was for the great rate we got on short notice. Tons of things for kids to do. Room is quite large and spacious, full kitchen was a very nice surprise, beds very comfy and bathroom recently updated and modern. I was running late for my check-in, and the staff reached out to connect with me. I certainly appreciate their concern! I would definitely recommend this Inn for anyone traveling in RI.
