"We had a great stay at this immaculate house in a perfect location. The house was in terrific condition, everything new and clean. It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. Only very minor suggestions would be to include washcloths along with the provided towels, and also to provide a small guidebook for the house (what to do with trash/recycling and linens/towels at end of trip, where to find key to the shed (didn't find it until last day), etc. Nothing that would make me hesitate from renting this place again!"

"My family and I had a wonderful overnight stay and wish we could have extended our trip! The location was close to so much-the beach was a a few short scenic minutes away. N the neighborhood was quiet away from the bustle of the beach traffic. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Jaye was so friendly and warm-she welcomed us and was such a great resource about the area. We had a nice time and hope to be back again soon. Thank you so much!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. It would have been nice to have a room safe in our room and a closet. I assume we had one of the smaller rooms that maybe didn't have a closet. For a weekend stay that was fine, but I wouldn't want to stay a week with nowhere to hang up clothes. But all in all, for a short getaway trip, this was perfect and you sure can't beat the view! "

"Beautiful split-level home, plenty of room for our group of 5. Lack of A/C not really an issue, plenty of fans to move air and at night was chilly w windows open anyway (luxurious for us Houstonians).Host was very responsive; great stay all around, highly recommend. "
