"Excellent location. Lovely balcony and outdoor seating area overlooking the beach. The rooms are fine. They make you pay extra for a crib/pack and play. The hotel is locally owned so I understand being on a budget but it can seem like the staff/hotel are pinching Pennie’s when you ask for any extras. The hospitality is not as welcoming or friendly as what you would find at a higher end hotel."

"I loved this hotel. It was small and quaint and beautifully decorated. The morning breakfast was a 10/10. I wish I had been able to stay more than one night but I was on a tight crunch with my trip. I will definitely be back one day as I couldn’t get enough of this place. The soft snickerdoodle cookies were so good and a needed little bonus to this hotel stay."

"Great location with a beautiful view. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. For the amount we paid, I think the hotel could have been more thoughtful about some of the details. There was a weirdly frustrating thing going on with the sink where you can’t fit your head below the shelf to wash your face without getting water everywhere. It was hard to enjoy the porch because the cloth separating the areas was fully ripped and blowing everywhere. There were mildew or mold stains in the shower."

"The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!"

"This is a small second generation family owned motel with owners on site. Newly remodeled bathroom, a very comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure and about 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. We found it a nice change of pace from larger units requiring elevators, distant parking, and hassles of chain hotels."
