"Whilst management is new you can tell they are working extremely hard to provide excellent service to their visitors. Every staff with whom we made contact was efficient, service centered and willing to go above the call of duty to ensure our vacation was memorable. My husband is already thinking of returning next weekend. Staff members who we can mention by name include Omar and Ruel at the bar. Ruel is excellent and we watched him multitasking and helping around in every area including the dining room. He is a true asset to the business. The front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming and provided assistance when needed. Thanks again MGM. We had a great time."

"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the blame was put on me I was in a foreign country getting off a plane the neighbors were very concerned of us standing outside for that long no food no water and happened to use the restroom but one scene and clean we had a minor flood from the rain no big deal not to me anyway maybe to someone else it was relaxing"
