"I Liked the Room I had in Pools and The Buffets were always open , only Thing that disappointed me was for My Birthday I couldn't Do a Reservation For my Birthday two days in advance in Other resorts in the past they always did It for me in one day in advance this place No , house keeping was great , front desk Was helpful , only the bar tender by the Lobby upset me cause he didn't wanna Give me a straw at 6:00 pm -6:30 Pm And my son is special needs that upset Me big time he said only for frozen drinks With a big attitude. "

"Fun and quiet place. Entertainment team tries to do what they can. I would suggest to keep pools open longer till maybe 930. They close early due to no life guards. Beach is basically dead and not worth the time so pool is where everyone is mostly at. Food options are great. Very relaxed place. "

"Villa Sonate is idealy located and has all the charms of home away from home. The service is excellent and the property is well maintained. They serve the best breakfast one can ever get on the island. This property is five stars."

"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the blame was put on me I was in a foreign country getting off a plane the neighbors were very concerned of us standing outside for that long no food no water and happened to use the restroom but one scene and clean we had a minor flood from the rain no big deal not to me anyway maybe to someone else it was relaxing"
