"I arrived and was 1st greeted by Concierge Sebastian who checked me in and made me feel so welcome with such excellent customer service and ability to handle guests like no other I've seen. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of his systems, programs and ammenties with ability to complete tasks so efficiently that left me amazed. He is a great leader and deserves a raise like the others as well. Bradley also made sure I felt at home and made Costa Rica that much more beautiful. Followed by Andre and Mileidy. One night Andre stayed late with me trying to help find locations around the hotel that were open. I really appreciated that as well. Overall I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana for all these reasons. Thank you to the Staff top to bottom who were all stars and their professionalism is unmatched in this hotel industry as I am frequent traveller. "Staff is very friendly and helpful in providing tips on local places and restaurants. Rooms are clean and close to mall and restaurants. Restaurant, swimming pool, gift store and many more facilities within the hotel."

"Everything was good but they have to fix the jets in the jacuzzi so they work the enjoyment of a jacuzzi is the warm water and the jets pulsating "

"Great hotel. The rooms were clean. The restaurant and entry were quite nice. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The staff was accommodating and helpful. There’s tons of stuff to do right near the hotel. There’s a great food court only 100 feet from the entry with over 10 different restaurant options. The multi plaza was only a five minute walk down the road."

"Stayed coming and going from our Airbnb so just an over nighter. Had breakfast buffet (good) and some drinks at bar. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
