Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. "We went as a family of 3. The room was very good, very clean and offer enough space for a toddler to be comfortable. The service is amazing and the restaurant really really good... A bit expensive but definitly worth it. The gardens are really nice too. We really had a wonderful time."

Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. No hassle in the morning putting down towels next to the pool everyone just found their area. No tacky towel’s...
