We had a great time during our 4 nights at Posada El Encuentro. It was a great base point for visiting allll the nearby wineries. I would recommend it and Chacras de Coria so much more than staying in Mendoza City (which is only 15 minutes away anyways, $5-$10 taxi rides, and plenty of restaurants wihing walking distance to eat at in Chacras anyweays) I liked that it was a small, family run hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very well maintained and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We...

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. Cilene del Fuego is an incredibly great hotel. Clean rooms, amenities, facilities, staff gave excellent service, breakfast was delicious and has variety. Very complete. Hotel is in the center of the town, very accessible. Has a gorgeous spa. Room has kitchen. Near restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk to the Beagle Channel and pier area. Definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This is an amazing experience. A luxury hut on the edge of a glacier. It is about 40 minute drive from El Chalten and then it took me 2hrs 20 minutes to walk to the hut. The only way to get to the hut is by foot. The accommodation and food is great, the views amazing. It is warm and clean. Rooms are all bunk beds I believe. I loved it and stayed 2 nights. No actual trails from the hut to go walking from yet though they plan to create some in the future. But I spent a day just relaxing, staring...

Great place to stay. A little garden oasis. The suites were unique, spacious and clean. The dining was exceptional (breakfast and dinner).
But the staff is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. We also met the owner Alberto. What a charming man.
Great stay and highly recommend if you are visiting the Mendoza area!

My whole experience at Los Cauquenes was extremely pleasant! The staff were friendly, food was great, wine selection were excellent, awesome view of the mountains and beagle channel from the balcony and dining of the resort. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is great. Here is what stood out:
1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers
2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet
3. The neighborhood is popping with all kinds of things to do in the immediate area
4. The service was really friendly, the clerks were helpful and went out of their way to book activities (massage, mani-pedi, airport transfer) for me
5. The building is super safe. They require you to buzz in and someone comes out and...

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great!
Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall

I cannot say enough good things about The Place and would stay there again. The design of our suite was incredible. Our overnight flight arrived and they allowed us to check in early at 10 a.m. Likewise, our overnight departure flight was at 10:30 p.m. and they let us check out at 2 p.m. Breakfast is in their restaurant and there are five different choices. We tried all of them during our week in Santiago and loved all of them. Our room was always kept clean and the reception staff were always...

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please.
Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations.
We came for the 2023 Pan AM Games to support our athlete daughter and the whole staff cheered us on! They even surprised us with a late night treat of balloons, a framed photo of her, and...

The service my wife and I received was excellent, especially from Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Alison, who assisted us even before our arrival. Throughout our one-week stay, they were always helpful in recommending activities and places to visit in Santiago.
The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station, making it a great choice for those who wish to use public transportation.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Santiago!

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Mr. Mark helped us plan our days and all of his suggestions were spot on. Dianne, Alex & the front desk crew were exceptionally helpful too and great fun to meet. Rachel makes every breakfast a fantastic start of the day. The neighborhood is lively and the front rooms capture a bit of the street noise on...

Situated on an unremarkable street, Hotel Boutique Matildas stands out as a beautifully renovated and architecturally important reminder of an elegant and bygone era. For my wife and I, it was great to see wonderfully carved wooden banisters, ultra high ceilings having intricate crown moldings. Having a great breakfast with soft classical music was a wonderful start to confront our next encounter with the city. The hotel was amazing. It is in a very central location and off the beaten path of the city which is nice for relaxing. We loved out stay and hope to return soon.
