El miércoles fuimos a cenar al restaurante del hotel, estuvimos esperando en la mesa para que nos atendieran, el joven encargado del lugar no no se acercó , después nos acercamos a la barra y hasta ese momento nos tomo el pedido. No se si es política del hotel que en el restaurante el mesero no atiende en las mesas, pero si es así, desde un inicio deberían de notificarlo. El resto del personal fueron súper amable y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta.

Our room was very clean (bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled) and the staff were courteous and helpful. Bus stop to city center was steps from the front of the hotel and it was an easy 15-minute walk to Utilita Arena.

This place has been run by the same family since the 1930s. Even the Beatles stayed here. Very warm and friendly staff. Very small room (I chose a single, although the bed was full size and took up most of the space!!!!). Still, the breakfast in the hotel dining room was great -- as were the dinner options in the evening. The room was lovely and spacious and clean, had everything you needed. The bed was super comfy with lovely soft bedding. The bathroom was amazing, lovely big space with both a walk in shower and roll top bath. The bath takes a long time to fill but it’s absolutely worth it. The host was so friendly and attentive, went absolutely above and beyond and catered to my dairy allergy.
Would not hesitate to rebook if I return to the area in future

This is a gem of a hotel. Wonderful location, 2 min walk from Leeds train station. Restaurants & pubs close by. Staff is soo helpful & kind, happy. I’d highly recommend. Rooms/ apts are beautiful. Very comfy beds. It’s a retreat from the city & fast paced travel.
