"This property was perfect for our trip to Tokyo as a family of four. (Kids aged 9 and 11). It was close to Disney, and very close to the subway line. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was in perfect condition. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet can’t be beat with so many amazing options to choose from. I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Reservé una habitación para fumadores por error y no me cambiaron de cuarto cuando llegué. Todo el piso y mi cuarto olían a cigarro y yo no fumo. Pongan atención al reservar para que no les pase."

"Excellent"

"Like the food and drink selection at the lounge. Love the view of the tower. Would prefer the toilet in the separate area instead of together with the bathroom. When booked did not know there is a kitchen in the room, personally not a fan. Although on the high floor, still hear the traffic quite loud at night. Love the swimming pool and hot spring facilities but a bit of a walk from the guest room more for business events hotel. Love the compliment private ride."

"Very convenient location. Right beside JR station."

"Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Room did not have any dresser or shelves for clothing and it was difficult to keep our clothing organized."

"Executive suite... Perfect room for fighting jet lag. Fantastic view, on-site Lawson (great staff), easy walk to Suidobashi Station, Korakuen Hall, Korakuen Gardens and Tokyo Dome. Amenities were perfect. Clean laundry room and microwave area, Netflix and YouTube streaming on TV helped with jet lag days, beautiful bathroom, comfortable pjs, comfortable bed. Favorite hotel I've stayed in, will stay again next trip to Tokyo!"

"Clean room. Nice staff. The breakfast is extra but well worth it."

"Such a cute hotel, great location, feels unique and not like your typical hotel. Staff are so kind and helpful and speak great English. Would stay here again!"
