"A most wonderful 4 night stay at this very, very special hotel. Huge public areas, but only 60 rooms. Staff so friendly, obliging and super efficient. Our large room was kept spotless and provided absolutely everything we could possibly need. A fantastic marble bathroom with shower room, deep spa bath and even a self contained steam room! Highlight of our stay was a tour (only available to hotel guests) of the property’s very extensive facilities for traditional Japanese weddings. We visited...

"belle chambre qui correspond au descriptif mais tout de même agréablement surpris car très spacieuse! la réceptionniste qui ne parle pas anglais et qui a eu du mal avec la réservation (le réceptionniste de nuit lui parlais anglais). l'hôtel est à 5min du métro n'étant resté qu'une nuit je n'ai pas explorer les alentours."

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
