The hotel is right next to Senso-ji Temple. It’s very close to the metro station. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice. The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms have enough space to feel welcome and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable too. Very nice hotel.

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)

Everything you need in a great location. We visited several other areas and liked Asakusa the best.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is wonderful, and they were very helpful for all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from.

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). I chose the Lyf Tokyo Ginza hotel because it's just a 2-minute walk from Kyobashi Station and also close to Takaracho Station (about 3 minutes). The small size of the subway station makes it easy to navigate without getting lost. The Ginza Line offers excellent access to Asakusa, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station, and there's a direct subway connection to Haneda Airport, which takes about 30-40 minutes. The area is very quiet at night, which was a key factor in my decision, as I initially considered...
