The room is spotlessly clean; the room that we were given is just perfect; it directly faces Matterhorn and we were welcomed by the stunning view of this “magic mountain” early this morning; it has made our day. We will definitely come back 😃"

"The view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony was magnificent! The only negative of our stay was coffee. There is no option in the room which I assume is for fire safety. When having breakfast in the dining area the coffee is served by the cup. When there are 8-20 guests at one time and one server who is hustling it's not efficient. There is no fault on the server just the system. "
