"Friendly staff very quiet room great stay "

"Clean and comforable, fine for 1 nights stay en route. It is a shame the motorway services don't do hot food 24/7 as I arrived at 10:30pm and could only get a hot drink from a machine."

"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok."

"This hotel was an emergency replacement after the hotel initially booked, bumped me at the last minute. Two massive pluses were it was first one on left into town which equated to avoiding traffic and that the town centre was withon easy walking distance "

"Stayed overnite while attending a concert at Ragley hall. The hotel we’re hosting a wedding and unfortunately there was very little space to sit and relax during the day and on our return the bar had closed at 10.30 and we were told to head to the wedding bar if we wanted a drink, don’t think the bride and groom would have been too chuffed . As a guest would have been nice to have felt a little more hospitality, don’t think the hotel should be renting rooms out when a wedding is on."
