"Lovely ,friendly staff. Great room with comfy bed and extras. Pool and Spa great. Beautiful hotel, some fixtures are a bit worn but overall decor good. Breakfast was fine, no scrambled eggs though. Was a bit enderwhelmed by the restaurant food but staff were great."

"Great hotel at the Services. Friendly staff and decent rooms. Breakfast was good for the price too."

"No hot water hot tub not working shower and toilet smells needs serious upgradeing"

"Perfect stay, especially for the price. I believe we got a good Sunday deal! Extremely good location, near everything you want in Leeds and extremely comfortable room and bed. Aircon worked well, room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! We also ate there in the evening and it was also great (if a bit expensive). "The room shower i was in was disappointing"

"We partly booked this hotel because of the pool, restaurant and Starbucks but the Starbucks actually closed a lot earlier than regular Starbucks - 6pm so we missed it which was disappointing"

"A beautiful Spa hotel with lovely amenties. The staff were so helpful. There were quite a few steps to negotiate in the Spa which was not good but, again, the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast did not live up to the rest. The bacon looked pale and very uninteresting full of white stuff! The whole cooked breakfast was quite cold. Continental breakfast was good and varied. Teapots and milk jugs would stop a lot of walking about! Dinner was really good."
