"Ideally placed easy to get to, staff very friendly. Lots of food options nearby and very close to tube. Rooms a bit on the small side and we had no external window, just overlooked the opposite corridor so no natural light in the morning, is my only criticism. Location 10/10"

"My stay was perfect. I stayed 8 nights. The room was immaculate and the staff was great. The hotel is beautiful. Every morning staff came by with coffee or water. I will be back in the Spring and look forward to having breakfast as well as afternoon tea there. It could not have been better. I was in the Dante room which was perfect. "I had a very good experience staying at the London City Airport Courtyard. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good night of sleep. The walk from the LCY terminal was about 8 minutes with a giant suitcase. (It was raining heavily the next morning so I took a very quick cab back to use the DLR) The room service food was great and I ended up getting the breakfast before checking out, which did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was a convenient place to stay after arriving on an evening flight."
