"We have been coming to this hotel for many years but have never been in April. It has been a revelation !! Fantastic weather and the usual brilliant service!! "When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "2nd time we’ve been to the hotel. Still a great hotel. Food great and very clean. Rooms are modern and the hotel staff are friendly. Cocktails not as nice as last time but still some great options. Shame Billy isn’t at the island bar now but was nice to see some familiar staff. "

"The hotel has everything you could need and staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is amazing and lots of options. Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. The pools are really nice with lots of sunbeds available and the beach is attached to the hotel. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. "
