"Stayed here for twelve nights and didn’t want to leave. The location is fantastic even though it was hard to find on google maps when we got off on the metro. The kitchen staff: Kevin, Claire, Winnie, and Vicky always seemed to be cleaning and tidying the kitchen. I can’t comment on the restaurant because I never ate there. The front desk staff is helpful and kind—a special thanks to Howar and Jackie. A con is housekeeping where we found strands of hair in the bathtub when we checked in."

"Well located near main station, Ximending, lots of food options and transport links. The room is modern and clean, I especially liked the iPad functionality for everything in the room. The room isn’t huge but as a solo travel I found it enough space, the space is used very efficiently"

"Friendly staff and good location. Didn’t try the restaurant because too many good ones in town. It is located next to the MRT line. So a room on the high floors will be better. Will surely stay again if go to Taipei again."
