"Excellent customer service, sadly elevator elevators need to be updated worked half the time the facility in general was very clean , public restrooms were very clean considering the heavy traffic,and my room was very comfortable and clean no funny smells like most beach rentals , also they have excellent pizza ,definitely would stay again"

"Beautiful hotel and pool . Would be nice if they had more options for food . In addition, if they had more options for snacks at the front . A restaurant in the hotel and an inside bar would be appreciated. They had this next door at the other hotel, but I believe that it opens at 4. Towel warmers at the pool is a nice feature . However, being told that the towels all have chips in them and if not returned , you are charged 25 per towel . I do know that even if this is possible , which it is not, it s an insult Cannot hear people in the other rooms or hall- which is wonderful: Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean . Housekeepers attentive and prompt . Allows dogs , which is amazing . Some front desk staff need some training on local activities . Mainly - a beautiful hotel . Isle of Palms is a 15 to 20 min drive and Charleston - a 5 to ten min drive . Harris teeter, Starbucks , etc right outside of the entrance to the resort . Wouks stay again."

"The staff was so friendly and greeted us each time we arrived in the lobby. Cameron and Nicholas went "above and beyond" by providing me with almond milk which was not on the coffee table. The hotel was one of the finest we have ever stayed in and, as Marriott bonvoy members ,we have stayed at some of the best!"
