"This is our second time here. Staff is really nice especially all the doormen. This time around was a little different. We love our ac very low and unfortunately we had to change rooms because the temperature wouldn’t get cold enough. The second room got a few degrees colder but not how we would prefer it. Both bathrooms tubs need a little makeover. Nonetheless we loved our stay. Water pressure is super strong and the water got really hot. The tvs are all smart tvs which we love. It’s a very clean hotel. It’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants. "

"The hotel is wonderful, the bed was the best, the lobby was very cozy and the smell was great. We were greeted by Oscar when we arrive and he was very friendly and professional. All the staff was super friendly. The drivers were very efficient. We took a private tour to Puebla with Enrique , very friendly person. The best hotel in CDMX"

"The Hotels has a magnificent pool. I was taken by surprise by how gorgeous it is. You can enjoy some nice musoc, a cocktail and fool near the pool area and they have plenty of clean towels around. The pool is heated and covered which makes for a great plan for a rainy day. The room we got was clean, well designed and had good natural lighting. The Hotel had a restaurant that we didn't try but looked organized and it located near the reforma monument and plenty of businesses and restaurants to enjoy. The only down part is that there's some street prostitution around but after asking Uber drivers and such, the area is quite safe. We walked around several times at night and never felt in danger. Overall I like the place, the staff was very gentle and they also exchange currencies in the lobby. The Hotel has a very extrange configuration that makes you feel like you are inse a cruise rather than a hotel. But besides that, is quite nice"
