"What an absolute gem! We've had the most relaxing Christmas break at Osprey cottage. The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet and the cottage was spotless, had everything we needed, was super warm and cosy and very quiet. The wifi in the cottage worked well for us and we watched the birds from our windows every day. Dunkeld is short distance away by car. Plenty to do and see in the area. "My daughter and I had a lovely three-night stay in one of the one bedroom cottages. There were so many helpful small touches, like milk in the fridge and body wash in the shower, as well as fresh flowers. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was friendly. The location is absolutely stunning, although the road is very narrow!"

"We have stayed at a lot of properties over the years but this bungalow was by far the cleanest and best equipped (and labelled!) house we’ve stayed in.Comfortable bed, relaxing lounge, great kitchen/diner. Was a real home from home with all the extras and touches we have in our own home - didn’t want to leave!The fabulous goodies basket was lovely too. Thanks! "

"We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. "

"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ."
