"The facilities and room at the Q1 was fantastic. The rooms (2 bedroom apartment) was excellent. Everything was within walking distance and the pools, games area and Long Boards restaurant was great! The only let down was prior to checkin, we were spoken to rudely by a service representative when trying to amend the booking by adding an additional night. Overall, the experience staying at Q1 was fantastic and I would recommend others to stay."

"Convenient when using Sydney International airport as it is outside arrivals area and also accross the road from our bus transport down the South Coast. Helpful staff changed our room to one close to lifts when they saw my husband's walking stick."
