"The property is absolutely beautiful it is kept very clean the downside is if you do not upgrade your food options are very minimal. I would also have to say compared to Cancun the service is very slow especially at dinner time. If you have children or you like water parks in general theirs is great. I also loved the beach it was like bath water very beautiful and relaxing. Eating the buffet everyday is annoying and you get tiered of it quickly. Coffee shop was a nice touch also pizza by family...

"AMAZING. The hotel is beautiful, as you go into the lobby, you can tell the place is up to standards. 3 pools to choose from lots of restaurants, although all might not be included in your package. As soon as you check in make sure to make a reservation to a restaurant included in your package, they get booked really quick. Besides that, YOU WILL LOVE IT."
