"The check-in process at the front desk was smooth. I had received an email from the hotel regarding check-in, but I didn’t have time to read it, so I only noticed it after entering the room. The room itself is very spacious and clean, but it is located right next to the elevator, and the noise makes it difficult to sleep without earplugs. I assume I was placed in Building A because it’s farther away but convenient since I have a car, and that part doesn’t bother me. However, the noise from the room does concern me."
