"We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. We had to follow another car into the community and knock on the door. She was upstairs undressed, the house and backyard were unkempt, had personal...
