"Good for a short trip!"

"Spacious and clean family suite, great for our family of 4, included breakfast was convenient, staff all very friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat, right on the inner harbour a short walk from the Parliament and BC museum. One thing to note in the family suite is the bathroom is downstairs/bedrooms upstairs (for anyone needing to use the bathroom in the night you will be going down stairs). "

"Great location. Biggest disappointment is the coffee, only from coffee urns, one would expect a possibility brew your own espresso at breakfast. Breakfast could use a little more variety, croissants, some cheese."

"We always enjoy coming back to this spectacular place. We stayed in the Erickson Wing with an amazing view (especially during sunset) of the Outer Harbour. Our room was spacious, clean and private. The location of the Inn at Laurel Point is perfect…we walked to anll of our dinners over the 4 days and the Aura restaurant never disappoints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year. Thanks. "

"Not a great experience at all. Stains all over the couch and a dead rat at the entrance of the Inn wasn't a great first impression. It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem. Pack your bags and I will personally move them to the new room before you arrive back to the hotel. When we got back - nothing was moved and the staff said there was no message to move us and no rooms available. Overpriced, dirty, and poorly managed - you can find a better place to stay."

"Gold was a good choice… access, food, etc. shower had some mold in grout, towels and one of two robes were not soft. Room otherwise great, and quiet."

"I booked hotel . I live in Canada . I was charged US dollar and it wasn’t mentioned at time of booking . Later I checked my bank account and I saw I have been charged in US dollar ."
