"A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you."

"Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back."

"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."

"The staff were very helpful and nice, the bed and bedding were decent, as was the breakfast. Unfortunately it's on the main Derby road (A6) in Milford which is a couple of miles away from Belper centre. The room was incredibly hot due to the recent weather (naturally) but the window in room 3 has no means of keeping it open as the window stay bracket has broken. A fan was provided but made little difference. The toilet seat is also broken."

"The room in the cottages need some improvement; paint flacking off walls. Would have been good to have water bottles in the room with the heat."
