"Excellent greeting upon arrival. A lovely welcome and our room was lovely. A large room with excellent bathroom and a nice view This is a beautiful hotel. The food was excellent, great service at the bar too. In the lounge var area, ample cosy seating, beautiful views all around the hotel grounds. Nice music in the back ground. We would certainly book again."

"Had very bad night sleep very loud vibration behind the bed in the wall , we looked to see whether there was a switch to turn off air conditioning system that we hadn’t noticed ( was still awake at 2:50) there wasn’t. We told the manager )?) in the morning he said Yes I noticed this morning someone hadn’t turned off the fans which make a very loud noise in room 3. Sorry. Well that didn’t make up for the fact we hadn’t had any sleep!!!!!! Shame as the lady behind the bar jolly pleasant as was the young lady serving breakfast in the morning. We wouldn’t sadly recommend the pied bull as we had any sleep !!!! "

"Fab overnight stay that was convenient and practical after a 10 day holiday Went into Liverpool city centre via bus for a day shopping and restaurants before returning for an evening drink at the Hampton Breakfast 8/10 Evening meal 6/10 which lets the Hampton down in my opinion which is why I would dine elsewhere given the opportunity "

"We were so happy with our stay at the Queen Hotel. After we got off the train we were happy to see the hotel right outside the train station, then we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful John at reception. He was so cheerful and helpful and made us feel at home at this very well appointed hotel. "

"The property is in a lovely location and very convenient for Chester Soon and Chester Oaks although we had a hire car. Very clean, comfortable room with 2 double beds and views over the canal. The blackout curtains are great and we both slept very well both nights. Very easy checkin and checkout. "
