"Everything was amazing from the location, the hotel as to the amazing employees. The only down side is the lack of personnel in the restaurant, the menu staying the same every day. And the dishes were good but not up to par to an hotel of that level. The second day, for diner we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the glasses of wine we ordered and the bread and olive oil. And the rest of the meal on top of the wait the dishes arrived mostly cold because of the lack of waiters. The scenery...

"This was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Your North building (apartments) have a significant sanitation issue, and possibly a sewer management issue as well. The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. If you’re over capacity, and truly unable to accommodate a guest, then offer them a refund. I did find a suitable room...

"Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best...

I unfortunately had a strong sewage like smell in my room (possibly drains or air conditioning) which wasn’t resolved, I wasn’t able to move rooms as the hotel was full. Other than that the stay was very good. "
