"We chose to stay at B Hotel for its location. The Arena shopping mall next door was really convenient. But we only stayed one night, so I don’t have an accurate feel for what it’s like to stay at B Hotel for more than 24 hours. The checkin team were very helpful and accommodating. The curtain to divide the lobby area from the Starbucks was confusing. And the elevators are very small, as is with most elevators here in BCN, and a bit slow so we utilized the stairs mostly. My sister and her husband (unfortunately) received a room (407) facing the main street. She said it was loud/noisy at night, which prevented them from getting a good night’s rest. My bf and I (luckily) received a room (414) in the back corner, facing the backside. Not a great view, but it was super quiet, which allowed us to rest peacefully. You can notice the slight rumble of the metro under the property, but it did not bother us. Overall, a decent stay and I would return if I needed to be in the area."

My only complaint is that noise from other rooms travels through the A/C ducts and it’s very loud. I could hear ALL the conversations from next door in both the bathroom and bedroom, made me veryUncomfortable. "

We had a medical issue - for the rest of our stay, it was clear that the entire reception staff was informed as staff we hadn't yet met showed concern, care and encouragement. Our evening meal was one of the best ever - every item was superb! We would love to return to this hotel."
