"The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Roma Termini station which was very convenient when arriving from the airport and getting around via the metro or bus. There also were a number of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The front desk was courteous and helpful from check in and out to explaining places of interest and how to get around. I was able to check in early as there was a room available in the morning. My room was a classic single room in the annex building which was a block away. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and a good size given the location. The room was also cleaned daily which was fantastic. Thanks to the staff for accommodating my early check out so my luggage could be left in the room (reception was closed at the time) to be picked up in the afternoon at reception. This was an excellent stay!"
