"The Kingslodge Inn is in a great location, close to the train and bus station and the city center. With a full service restaurant and bar, and breakfast being included, it was great. The food was very good and the service all round was great! I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Stunning location - breathtaking views. Room was large, comfy bed, great en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee and complimentary water and biscuits. Easy to park. 10 min drive from wedding venue Healy Barn. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Would definitely return, thank you Anchor Inn"

"This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money."

"The oak tree inn was a good choice for a one night stay. The drinks were nice and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice and clean. Tv remote was very slow and shower wasn't great. Bed was only a double and prefer king size but was fine for stop over stay"
