"Breakfast could have been a bit more organised. At times staff were stretched in coping with a lot of people arriving at the same time. Perhaps think about giving people a choice of times so arrivals were staggered. Food itself was a bit cold and served on cold plates. Otherwise a nice stay at hotel. Room comfy as well as bed. With its unique corridors, stairways and bowing dining room floor; this hotel has bags of charm and is complimented by the amazing, friendly and attentive staff. We chose to eat in the hotel as the steak night deal was impressive and the quality of the food and wine did not disappoint. "
