"The Hotel has a wonderful view to the Niagara Falls is clean the staff is professional. The rooms are clean a little old maybe need be upgraded. I had a only complaint and is the long line and waiting time yo be seated to take breakfast, the same host had to check and go in to seat each party of customers. "

"We came to see Niagara Falls and were not disappointed. The 50 room hotel on 4 floors and overlooks the falls and though our room didn’t, one floor is a dedicated observation/restaurant floor so everyone gets a free view on floor 26. All staff were lovely but a special mention for Scott who suggested various trips inc.Niagara On The Lake which we did. Wow!"

"This hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean, food was very good all the restaurants, Corso, Braso and Watermark and staff excellent at Braso and Watermark. We were in room 4459 of the north tower with an excellent view of both falls Cdn and US. "
