"I like the big rooms, ii makes it easier to pack & be organized"

"This was a very old property so everything was showing many years of use and was not updated. That being said the bed was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge was cold. The water was hot and there was good water pressure in the shower. The staff was very friendly. The room rates were reasonable for Alaska in the summer. We would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is a bit run down. For $600 per night it was disappointing for a Hilton property. We were there overnight to catch a cruise. I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. The wait staff at breakfast had to be tracked down for service. Plenty of staff on hand, so that was not the problem. Maybe training? Whatever, I had higher expectations for a Hilton."

"There was a mushroom growing out of the carpet in the hallway. There was a 2x4 with a screw coming out of it being used to lock the window. Homeless living outside the window, hair caked under the bathroom door. This the worse place I have ever seen in my life"
